Brief summary of ytd. Lessons as usual, but mr ching was rather guai lan in asking the questions and those who ccannot ans will have to stand. If he or she is still not able to answer the questions, he or she will move somewhere else. Sia la, mr ching is still so intimidatin, haha, but i was quite lucky, i was the only guy in my class who did not kena call.
PE was also damn heung. Mr hiap made us run 3 rounds round the track for warm up. Den we had another 3 rounds which is at interval timing, which means one round must be run in like 1 min 30 seconds, the latest is 1 min 45 seconds, if exceed den mus do ten times of any exercise. After the three rounds, we had circuit training whereby we mus run another 3 rounds with loads of exercises inside whcih includes pushups, tug jumps, lunges, ankle touch etc.
