I felt so proud of myself ytd, cuz i completed 25 km passion run 2010. Time is ard 3 hours plus. I swear to god, the accomplishment u get when you run past the finishing line. It is awesome ttm! My legs are very sore and pain after that, but yea, like what i said sense of accomplishment. My dad told me that i surely cant complete. Eehong said that i will give up halfway, now i have proven it to them. ahhahaha.
Mornin playedd bball with TNT and Wu ming. Took it for warm up lo, den afternoon went to meet with hui to go ECP. Along the way we saw many runners, woah. haha. den when we reach ECP, tmd, we mus walk for 5 km to the start point, OMNS la. Den after putting our stuffs, it is time for flag off./ We were all in wave 2.
Along the first few km, it was still quite okay for me, after 7km, i feel the fatigue setting in alr, den i start seeing ppl walk. Thank god there is hydration point along the way, hundred plus as well as water. Shiok. Else i think dehydration man. My legs only couldnt take it after 14 km. Den i walked a few km before running again. The thing that spurred me on is the hundred plus at each hydration point! ahhaha. Everytime drink finish den i feel damn shiok, and more energy. Also thanks to the ppl at the sides for cheering for runners that helps. LOL guess wat got a lot chio bus sia. LOL. Must thank one of the uncle and auntie also, cuz i use them as pace mark.
After the run, there was miscommunication and we waited for laoda to appear but she din appear only after 1 h plus plus. ahhaha. Then me, hui and linsay shared cab and we parted our ways.
In short, this is really an experience for me, i thought i couldnt have thhe mental strength to do it, cuz i am not a very fit person. Somemore negative voices kept tryin to pull me down. I am glad i am able to pull through. Thank god.v
When i return home, i felt super cui, went online to chat but tio gl again. LOL jus jokin, i also got gl, it was a damn gl conveersation bet both of us. Lmao/.
